적용사례5-초음파 누출진단기 Leak shooter-압축공기의 손실비용

초음파의 음향방출(Acoustic emission)을 이용한 계측카메라인 Leak shooter는 압축가스(공기, 질소, 산소 등)의 누출위치의 검사에 활용할 수 있다. 그 발생위치를 헤드폰으로 가청음을 통해서 진단할 뿐만 아니라 카메라를 통해서 육안으로 직접 확인하는 방법으로 화면에 그 위치와 크기가 표기된다. 다음의 사례를 통해서 그 적용을 알아본다.

누출되고 있는 압축공기의 비용으로 환산
